Chile Business Visitor Visa  

Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum three blank pages for visa stamping. 

Please Note: Attach photocopies of valid US, UK, Schengen visas & previous Chile visas along with all old passports (if any).

Photo Specification: One Recent clicked photograph with white background and 80% face coverage.

Please Note: 

• a) The image size should be minimum 90 pixels wide x 120 pixels(jpg,gif,png) and should not exceed by 100 kb.

• b) Photograph should not be more than 3 months old.

• Covering Letter : Covering-letter from company on its letterhead stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of the visit.

Invitation Letter: A copy of Invitation Letter from Chilean host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name and purpose of travel & duration of stay along with sponsorship details. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation.

Financials: 

• a) A copy of Personal Bank Statements for last 6 months 

• b) Personal ITR for last 3 years.

Proof of Occupation: 

Self Employed: Proof of ownership

Employed: Salary slips for last 3 months.

Airline Reservation: Ticket itinerary.

Medical Requirements: Nil

Please Note: The letter must have thumb impression of the applicant next to his signatures.

Please Note: 

• a) Embassy will not entertain any visa correction requests. Therefore, applicant will have to apply again & visa fees will also be paid again.

• b) Applicant holding a valid Chile visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new passport along with the old passport at the time of travel.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : Embassy of the Republic of Chile, Delhi has announced that with immediate effect, all the applicants who have been to Chile before, or who have USA, Schengen, UK, Canada, Australia visas (Valid or expired) can get the application filed, passport submitted and collected through a representative / a third party.
