Congo DRC Business Visitor Visa  

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

Congo Visa Application Form : Three visa application form duly filled and signed. Photocopy can be used.

Photo Specification: Three recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). 

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit. 

Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Congo host / inviting Company on its letter head mentioning the purpose of travel and attested by Congo Immigration.

Sponsorship Letter : Sponsorship letter from an Indian/Indonesian/Malaysian, Sri Lankan/ Singaporean company based in DRC. (The letter should be dated, on company letter head, signed by the authorized signatory and bar the company official stamp) or a sponsorship from the DRC attested by the General Directorate for Migration (DGM)

Financials: Proof of sufficient funds

Ticket: Confirmed return Air Ticket.

Medical: Copy of YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry Original YFC at the time of travel.

Please Note: Visa applications submitted at the Embassy will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MINAFFECI), DR Congo for approval. Post approval from MINAFFECI, the visa applications will be processed.
