Canada PR : Nova Scotia PNP

The Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) has been designed to escalate migration of overseas skilled professionals to the province by consenting Nova Scotia immigration officials to choose foreign workers interested in moving to Canada who have the skills required in the local provincial economy. The Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry stream selects highly skilled professionals who wish to settle in Nova Scotia permanently. 
 

Eligibility criteria for the Nova Scotia Demand Express Entry Stream

  • An applicant should be between 21 and 55 at the time the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration receives the complete application;

  • An applicant should get a minimum language score on the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) scale 

  • The intended occupation must be in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) level 0, A, or B 

  • Applicants should have sufficient funds to support themselves and their dependents.

  • Applicants have to get their Educational Credential Assessment from Canadian Educational Assessing body.

  • Applicants must have at least two years of continuous full-time work experiences, in a field of work related to intended occupation in Nova Scotia;

  • Applicants have to demonstrate that they intend to live in the province permanently
