A Dependent or Partner Visa is issued to individuals who are family members of UK citizens or of foreigners with UK permanent residence/Work Permit and intend to go to UK for family reunion or to stay for a limited period of time. If you are the principal holder of a valid H visa, your spouses, and/or unmarried children (under age 21) may receive an UK visa to accompany you.

Previous 6 months Bank Statements
Pay Slips
Income Tax Returns of last 3 years
Marriage Certificate

Inviter/Sponser Document Checklist for UK Partner / Dependent Visa

Letter from the current employer describing the employment status.
Copy of Passport ( Front, Last and Visa Pages).
Letter from the Sponsor confirming the relationship status.
Proof of relationship.
Letter from the landlord with spouses name in the tenancy agreement.
Pay slips for last 6 months.
3 Months Bank Statements with the required balance to be maintained
Utility bills i.e. telephone bill/electric bill/gas bill etc.
P-60 for the last 3 years.
