Applicant’s Document Checklist for Australia Sports Visa

You must be sponsored by:
An Australian organization that promotes sport/sport events
An Australian government agency or a foreign government agency
You are sponsored by a sporting organization that has been approved as a long stay activity sponsor or a sport sponsor.
You are nominated to:
Participate in a specific event or series of events as an individual, as part of a team or as a team’s support staff
Play, coach or instruct for a sporting club for a season (you must have a contract and an established reputation In your field of sport)
Judge or adjudicate a sporting competition or show
Applicant’s Document Checklist for Australia sports visa
Passport
Certified copies of the biographical pages of the current passports
One recent passport sized photograph (45 mm x 35 mm) of each person included in the application.
If your name has changed or the name of anyone included in your application has changed: a certified copy of evidence of the name change.
Certified copies of marriage certificates.
Police clearance
Medical test
Financial statement such as:
Bank statements
A letter from your financial institution stating your financial position
Employment contracts
Documents showing allowances, accommodation and stipends from your sponsor while you are in Australia.
