Applicant Documents for Tanzania Visa

• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.Attach all your old passports (if any)

• Tanzania Visa Application Form : Two visa application forms duly filled and signed. Photocopy can be used

• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size color photographs with Matt or Semi Matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

• Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas

• Covering Letter : Covering-letter from applicant on company’s letter head mentioning the name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, High Commission of United Republic of Tanzania, New Delhi.

• Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Tanzanian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.

• Ticket: Return Air Ticket

• Medical: Yellow Fever Certificate required at the time of travel.

• Please Note : Issuance of multiple entry has been discontinued by the High Commission of United Republic of Tanzania, New Delhi

• NOTE: Embassy may ask for any additional documents.
