Zimbabwe Visit Visa & Tourist Visa

• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

• Zimbabwe Visa Application Form : Two visa application forms duly filled and signed.

• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

• Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

• Covering Letter : Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Zimbabwe, New Delhi

• Please Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

• Financials:

  • a) Original personal bank statements of last 06 months with sufficient balance in account with bank seal & sign.

• Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation on Hotel's Letter Head 

• Please note : Hotel's address and phone number should be clearly mentioned on the letter head.

• Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket with ticket number.

• Medical : Yellow Fever Certificate

• Please Note : Applicants are advised to apply for E-Visa till further notice as Embassy has stopped issuing sticker visas. Below are the requirements for applying E-visa: 

  • 1. Passport (valid) for at least 6 months & Copy of Passport 

  • 2. Scanned copy of duly filled Zimbabwe Visa Application Form for reference

  • 3. Passport Size Photograph 

  • 4. Copy of any previous Zimbabwe Visa 

  • 5. Invitation letter from host 

  • 6. Proof of accommodation and residence from host 

  • 7. Proof of residential Status in country of origin

• Note : 

1. Documents should be in JPG format & each document should be in one file. No file should be more than 2MB.

2. Copy of approval has to be taken as visa will be stamped at Immigration after submitting fees.
