Applicant Documents for Chile Visa

• Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum three blank pages for visa stamping.

• Please Note: Attach photocopies of valid US, UK, Schengen visas & previous Chile visas along with all old passports (if any).

• Chile Visa Application form : Visa application form has to be filled online. 

Please Note:-

• a) All documents as per the below checklist along with the first and last page of passport and photograph have to be uploaded online.

• b) Supporting documents (the complete file) should not exceed by 5 MB.

• Photo Specification: One Recent clicked photograph with white background and 80% face coverage.

• Please Note:

• a) The image size should be minimum 90 pixels wide x 120 pixels(jpg,gif,png) and should not exceed by 100 kb.

• b) Photograph should not be more than 3 months old.

• Covering Letter : Covering-letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of the visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his contact details and addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Chile", New Delhi.

• Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

• Financials:

  • a) A copy of Personal Bank Statements for last 6 months

  • b) Personal ITR for last 3 years.

• Proof of Occupation:

  • Self Employed: Proof of ownership

  • Employed: Salary slips for last 3 months/ NOC from company

  • Student: NOC from school along with school ID card copy.

• Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

• Accommodation Proof: Hotel Booking.

• Medical: Nil

• Authority Letter : Authority-letter authorizing Sanctum Business Consulting Pvt Ltd to submit & collect the documents & the letter should be Notarized on Rs.50 stamp paper.

• Please Note: The letter must have thumb impression of the applicant next to his signatures.

Please Note:

• a) Embassy will not entertain any visa correction requests. Therefore, applicant will have to apply again & visa fees will also be paid again.

• b) Applicant holding a valid Chile visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new passport along with the old passport at the time of travel.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : Embassy of the Republic of Chile, Delhi has announced that with immediate effect, all the applicants who have been to Chile before, or who have USA, Schengen, UK, Canada, Australia visas (Valid or expired) can get the application filed, passport submitted and collected through a representative / a third party.

All other applicants will have to fill up the application form themselves, come to the consulate personally for the submission and collection as well.
