Venezuela Visit Visa & Tourist Visa

• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.Attach all your old passports (if any).

• Please Note : Applicant's Pan card & Voter ID card is required while submitting the application to the Embassy

• Venezuela Visa Application Form : One visa application forms duly filled and signed.

• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

• Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

• Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, New Delhi.

• Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .

The sponsor has to furnish the following documents:

• a) Invitation letter

• b) Copy of the Cedula de Identidad of the sponsor.

• Proof of Occupation 

• Self Employed 

• a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed 

• b) Brief Company Profile 

• c) Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director) 

Employed 

• a) Appointment Letter

• b) No Objection Certificate from employer 

• If you are under 18, you must also submit

• a) An authorisation letter signed by both parents with their passports.

Financials : 

• a) Bank statement for last three months 

• b) Foreign Exchange duly endorsed/Copy of Credit Card

• Hotel Booking : Hotel Confirmation and Tour Itinerary

• Ticket: Confirmed Return Air Ticket

Medical : 

• a) Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

• b) Required Travel Medical Insurance.
