Argentina Work Visa

Argentina work visa allows skilled workers to come to Argentina and work for an approved business.

Applicant’s and Employers Document Checklist for  Argentina  Work Visa

  • Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum one year and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. 

  • Please Note: Attach all old passports (if any).

  • Argentina Visa Application form.

  • Photo Specification: Four recent passport size colored photographs with 80% face coverage, (40mm x 40mm), right profile (side faced photo), sky blue background.

  • Covering Letter : Original covering-letter in English & Spanish language from the company on its letterhead stating the applicant's name, passport number, designation and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorize signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Argentina, New Delhi.

  • Please Note: Covering-letter in English language has be notarized by Local Notary.

  • Employment Contract: Attested Employment Contract to be duly signed by both the Employer & Employee.

  • Financials:

    • a) Original Personal Bank Statement for last six months with Bank's seal & signature.

    • b) ITR for last three years.

  • Authorization from Argentine Immigration Department in Argentina.

  • Certificates: 

    • a) Original Police clearance Certificate (PCC) to be duly apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs and translated in Spanish language. PCC has to be issued from the Passport Office and should not be more than 3 months old from the date of submission.

    • b) Original Birth certificate/Affidavit to be duly apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs and translated in Spanish language.

    • c) Original Marriage certificate/Affidavit to be duly apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs and translated in Spanish language.

  • Please Note: 

    • a) If the person is born/married in third country, the birth/marriage certificate should be duly attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, from the country of origin and later from the Embassy of the Argentina in the same country of origin. 

    • b) Embassy may call the applicant for personal interview post submission of the application

    • c) Applicant's holding a valid multiple entry visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new passport along with the old passport at the time of travel.

    • d) It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.
